Shipping Information & Policies

We will ship out all items in stock that are ordered prior to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Anything ordered after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Please, take note to item descriptions if there is an additional processing time prior to ordering.

We ship via-USPS Priority 2 day mail.   Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with the shipping information and provide the tracking number, or you can simply visit “My Account” to check the status of any orders directly from our website.  We offer a flat rate shipping fee of only $3 U.S. Dollars! Exceptions apply for heavier items, such as paintings and blankets. Furthermore, coupons will be frequently available for free shipping to eligible orders.

If you prefer a specific vendor (i.e. Fed Ex), or need expedited shipping, please, do not hesitate to contact us. We have a contact us button available on our main page menu, and “About Us” page.

Returns Policies:
We accept returns within a two-week period framed from the time of point of sale, to which you would be refunded immediately upon receipt of returned items. For example, if you paid with a VISA we would immediately credit the entire amount back to that card, after receiving the items you wish(ed) to return.

We will accept returns for broken or defected items, or if you or not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
